Hey there, Cardboard Fortress fans! We’ve got tons of news to share with you, so I’ll just jump right in!

October is about to be off the charts for us here at Cardboard Fortress Games. The weekend of October 8th and 9th, we’ll be at the PixelPop Festival in St. Louis! We’ll be demoing our games, Kismet Dice, Kobolds, Lazer Ryderz, and RESISTOR_, as well as talking on panels. Stop by and say hi!

Then, on Tuesday, October 11th, Greater Than Games will be launching the Kickstarter for Lazer Ryderz! Check out some of this rad art!

Anthony will be flying home after that, but I’ll be flying out to Los Angeles, because RESISTOR_ got into Indiecade as an Official Selection: Table Games! I’ll be there from Thursday the 13th until Monday the 17th, so come play the game if you’re there!

But Anthony won’t be bored at home, because RESISTOR_ was also nominated as Game of the Year at the Philly Geek Awards on Sunday, October 16th! He’ll be getting all dolled up to attend that awesome party for the first time as a nominee. RESISTOR_’s nomination is right beside two other amazing games made in Philly, Cipher Prime’s Tailwind: Prologue and Spriteborne’s Breaker Blocks.

And that’s just a week in October! We’re going to be very tired after that. We’ll be sending out another message once the Kickstarter goes live, so be on the lookout!
